Hi! I'm Feather.
I have been teaching Pilates for 26 years and have been a massage therapist for 9 years, so I work from a different perspective. As a stroke survivor and someone who has gone through my own recovery, I stopped chasing "fixes" and started focusing on what the body actually responds to. That's how I work now, and why sessions are built around you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

This is not a spa-style massage. This is active, collaborative work focused on real results.
